Customer Support Engineer

You'll be joining a fully remote team of people with 10+ years experience building software and companies in Silicon Valley. Our founders were both executive level leaders at Intercom. We've all felt the pain of existing spreadsheets first-hand and are highly motivated to build the next generation.
The ideal candidate will be driven to enable customers to realize the value of Equals quickly; through getting them set up on our platform and by enabling their success on an ongoing basis.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality technical support to customers, resolving issues related to connections to SQL-based databases and other SaaS connections.
Assist customers in building reports that provide key insight into their businesses, through understanding their particular use cases.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product features.
Collaborate with the engineering team to relay customer feedback and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our product.
Create and update documentation, guides, and FAQs to assist customers in understanding and leveraging our platform.
