You'll be joining a fully remote team of people with 10+ years experience building software and companies in Silicon Valley. Our founders were both executive level leaders at Intercom. We've all felt the pain of existing spreadsheets first-hand and are highly motivated to build the next generation.

The ideal candidate will be driven to enable customers to realize the value of Equals quickly; through getting them set up on our platform and by enabling their success on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality technical support to customers, resolving issues related to connections to SQL-based databases and other SaaS connections.

  • Assist customers in building reports that provide key insight into their businesses, through understanding their particular use cases.

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product features.

  • Collaborate with the engineering team to relay customer feedback and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our product.

  • Create and update documentation, guides, and FAQs to assist customers in understanding and leveraging our platform.
