What You'll Do:

• Build ETLs and dashboards that make school data accessible to nearly 100+ end customers
• Translate our business model into scalable data schemas
• Work with team leads to scope requirements for reporting requirements and improve data visibility
• Run analyses and present findings to business leaders to inform decisions

What You'll Need

• 1-3+ years experience in data analytics
• Experience building data models using ETLs and the ability to model and showcase complex data via Looker 
• 1 year experience scoping stakeholder data requirements, ability to operate independently
• 2 years experience using SQL in different database environments or Snowflake/Mode experience 
• Ability to use a language like Python or R to work efficiently at scale with large data sets (including exploratory data analysis, statistical analysis, and machine learning) is a plus but not required
