We’re seeking a talented Data Analyst to analyze the results of our experiments and measure the effectiveness of our campaigns. You are a data expert proficient in SQL, and in R or Python as well. You enjoy looking for and finding proof that a strategy worked or finding the path to greater impact. You are excited to join us in our work to use data to build power.

This opportunity is remote and full time.

Responsibilities:

• Design, analyze and report on results from randomized controlled trials
• Manage ETL processes from data sources to data warehouse uploads
• Build and run machine learning algorithms to help create predictive and descriptive models
• Conduct analysis on atypical and complex reporting requests
• Create data visualizations to assist in translating results into action
• Conduct SQL queries on big data platforms for extract and load

• Passionate about the mission of Movement Labs which aims to build progress by building local power in marginalized communities
• Strong SQL skills required
• Experience with Big Data platforms such as Redshift or BigQuery
• Familiarity with git
• Data wrangling skills in Python or R
• Experience creating data visualization dashboards
• Flask experience a plus
• 1-2 years of experience in Data Cleaning, Data Analysis, and regression-based analysis
• Well organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Able to drive projects and work independently and regularly communicate status updates
• Remote experience preferred
• BA or equivalent preferred

The salary range for this position is $70-80k depending on experience level, benefits including vision, dental, 401k, basic home office reimbursement and unlimited paid time off.

This position is considered In-Unit with IBEW Local 2325, and is covered by a collective bargaining agreement
