Position Overview:

This position is available to work from home in the following states: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Louisiana, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah.

Leads the collection of both system and business requirements. Documents business and technical data and metadata dictionaries and specifications in support of Sutter Health data warehouse solutions with an emphasis on critical strategic assignments. Prepares documentation for data developers to better build data warehouse solutions.

*Knowledge of the Cloud (preferably Azure and Databricks) is highly desired.

Job Description:

EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

Bachelor's: Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent education/experience


TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

5 years recent relevant experience.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

In-depth knowledge of database and data warehouse design concepts.

Expert Structured Query Language (SQL) skills.

Working knowledge of presentation, spreadsheet, and word processing applications.

Verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate with diverse groups such as: executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

Set priorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities and prioritize assignments to complete work in a timely manner.

Analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures in order to identify relevant concerns and factors.

Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with clients, IS team members, management, and executive personnel/staff.

Work as part of a team or collaborate with colleagues.

Pay Range is $45.80 to $68.70 / hour. California Pay Range is $45.80 to $68.70 / hour. Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, and Texas Pay Range is $41.22 to $61.83 / hour. Arizona, Arkansas, Idaho, Louisiana, Missouri, Montana, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Utah Pay Range is $36.64 to $54.96 / hour.

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
