Higher Ground is bringing on a Data Coordinator to help us provide on-going support to internal users of our various school-facing systems, most importantly Salesforce, Calendly, and Smartcare, but others to be added as we grow.

Our systems are all critical to how schools manage everything from our sales process, to enrollment numbers, to parent billing, to health and safety matters. We’re looking for an individual who is a critical thinker to shape how we optimize our schools use of the system, a hands-on doer within the system, and has a drive to provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

The Data Coordinator will work as part of the Operations team but also closely with roles across the Engineering, School Success, Marketing and IT teams. This individual will:

Salesforce

• Support 200+ school leaders using the Salesforce system.
• Provide day-to-day support on Salesforce through a ticketing system, regular office hours, and 1:1 coaching as needed
• Act as the first line of defense in resolving user problems in real time
• Manage aspects of the Salesforce systems administration and maintenance including creating new accounts, setting up new schools, creating email templates, creating reports, and auditing and cleaning up data as needed
• Lead small and large group training sessions related to Salesforce
• Represent and advocate for the needs of the school users as we develop the system
• Stay up to date with new Salesforce features and best practices

Smartcare

• Support 200+ school leaders using the Smartcare system.
• Manage aspects of the Smartcare systems administration and maintenance including creating new accounts and setting up new schools
• Regularly create reports and analyze data to determine where clean-up is needed
• Represent and advocate for the needs of the school users as we develop the system
• Stay up to date with new Smartcare features and best practices

Skills

• Extremely comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems
• High level of proficiency with Excel, creating reports and analysis, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to independently own projects and meet deadlines
• Motivation to find the best approach to solving a problem and exercise good judgment
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on results
• Growth mindset and problem-solving approach
• Customer service orientation and motivation to help others learn and grow
• Excellent communication skills
