What you will be working on:

We are in the initial phases of developing a dashboard tool that offers valuable insights across various business areas.  Given the early stage, we are seeking an individual who will actively participate in an ongoing discovery process, playing a key role in enhancing the product and evaluating its technical feasibility.

The mission:

As a data engineer, you will contribute to the development of an internal company dashboard, where your primary objective is to convert raw data into actionable insights.  Your duties cover the entire data pipeline, including all stages essential for the successful implementation of this tool. From gathering and integrating data to managing databases, ETL processes, and data visualization, your know-how is instrumental in ensuring a smooth transition from raw data to an intuitive and insightful dashboard for users.

What you offer us:

•    Bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, statistics, and/or reporting.

•    Strong technical background, staying current with modern BI and reporting technologies.

•    Demonstrate advanced proficiency in SQL, preferably BigQuery.

•    Data analysis and integration.

•    Good understanding of cloud technology (preferably Google Cloud Platform).

•    Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with large data sets.

•    Possess knowledge of version control using Git and scheduling tools like AirFlow/Cloud Composer and/or Control-M.

•    Demonstrate the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

•    Proved experience working in cross-functional project teams to identify business requirements.

•    Python knowledge is a plus.
