1. Manage a team of data engineers developing Flowcode's data infrastructure for our data analytics product, consumer facing products, business intelligence tools, and machine learning products
2. Develop and introduce new processes and best practices that encourage innovation, rapid iteration, and high quality - not efficiency for efficiency’s sake - and drive accountability across your team
3. Collaborate with Product, the Architects, and leadership to execute changes to staffing and organizational design that service the business’s highest priority and impact areas
4. Improve the speed and quality of team development by adequately scoping projects, helping unblock engineers, identifying and assessing technical debt, and providing opportunities for the team to level up their skill sets
5. Oversee all people management and progression towards personal and professional developmental goals, conducting regular 1:1s, monitoring OKRs, advocating for career advancements, and managing performance improvements
6. Drive recruitment efforts, from developing search criteria and interview processes to outreach interviewing and onboarding
