We’re looking for a Data Science Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment to join our small but mighty team. In this role, you'll partner with our go-to-market teams as a product expert-- answering the difficult questions to help our prospects and customers understand the value of SafeGraph data. Finally, ensuring we are creating and updating documentation that addresses user FAQs and enables sales and customer success teams will also be an important function of the role.
We're looking for someone with great product-sense-- do you put yourself in your customers' shoes and answer the questions they really want to know, even if it's not what they asked for? Do you love "getting to the bottom" of a data question, quickly figuring out the details that matter?
