The role is ideal for someone with proven data science and analysis skills, who want to learn and gain experience at a fast-growing startup that’s training the next generation of data scientists.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Fulfill data requests from teams. Surface and process the correct data, analyze and communicate results
  • Assist data scientists in building dashboards to track team goals and key metrics
  • Help expand and improve our data pipeline by creating new views and updating existing ones
  • Work collaboratively on high-impact projects as a team

Our ideal candidate:

  • Proficient in R (tidyverse, shiny) and SQL
  • Experience with Git and Redshift preferred
  • Experience or interest with experimentation (A/B testing), business intelligence metrics, and data visualization
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams to understand the needs of stakeholders

What’s in it for you?

  • Opportunity for learning and development in a fast-growing startup
  • Work with a great team (everyone says this, but we’re serious—we’re pretty great).
  • Remote / Eastern Time Zone or New York (company is remote for 2021).
