The Role:
The Data Science Support will be responsible for the technical support of Customer Success and Evisort Solutions teams as well as 2nd Line customer support. This will also include supporting and working with our Data Science and Engineering teams

What You’ll Do

    • Be 2nd-Level Customer Support working with customers in real-time to triage issues, create action plans for remediation as well as ensure root cause analysis is performed and “closed looped” back to both the customer as well as relevant internal teams. Be the customer advocate between Evisort Support (1st Line) and Evisort Product and Engineering groups (3rd level)
    • Extend the Evisort Platform by prototyping and building production-ready, customer integrations based on Evisort’s REST APIs and using platforms such as Tray.io
    • Consult with various project teams to ensure that systems are integrated into various applications & comprehensively tested to ensure system robustness, acceptable performance, and reliability
    • Analyzes complex customer data to help create organized datasets to be imported to Evisort
    • Participate in AI model building using internal tools to deliver direct value to customers
    • Creates and contributes to policies, technical procedures, technical documentation, awareness, and cross-team training
    • Aggregate reports and metrics on customer requests with great attention to detail, in order to continuously improve internal processes and influence the product roadmap

Skills/Qualifications:

    • API Integration Build Out: Experience building customer-facing, product API’s and/or Proficiency in the Python programming language with a particular focus on data analytics libraries such as Pandas and Numpy 
    • 2nd Level support: customer facing experience working in real-time with customers to triage problems, find remediation, and root cause analysis (RCA). Experienced in being a cross-functional customer advocate to solve customer issues.
    • Represents the Data and Solutions team on projects, providing coordination, and point of contact to the project team (Turning customer requirements into supplier specs) Representing customers for the DS team
    • BS, CS, JD Preferred
    • Demonstrates an ability to manage multiple project deliverables on multiple projects effectively as well as demonstrates a working ability to provide accurate project estimates and timelines
    • Tray.io or Workato experience preferred
    • Previous experience in litigation data analytics, data analysis, scripting/programming
