As a Data Scientist at BrightAI, you will play a pivotal role in extracting meaningful insights from diverse datasets, employing advanced analytics and machine learning techniques. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions that contribute to the advancement of our cutting-edge projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of data science, artificial intelligence, and innovative technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to extract actionable insights from complex datasets
  • Develop predictive models and algorithms to solve business challenges and optimize processes
  • Explore and preprocess large datasets to uncover hidden patterns and trends
  • Create compelling visualizations to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to implement and deploy machine learning models into production environments
  • Continuously optimize and refine models to enhance accuracy and efficiency
  • Identify relevant features and variables to improve model performance and contribute to feature engineering strategies
  • Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including software developers, engineers, and domain experts, to integrate data science solutions into broader projects
  • Adhere to data governance standards, ensuring the responsible and ethical use of data throughout the development lifecycle
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and related fields, applying new techniques to solve complex problems

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in data science (Data Analyst or Data Scientist)
  • Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
  • Proven experience in data science, statistical analysis, and machine learning including pattern recognition and predictive modeling
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or SQL
  • Strong understanding of data manipulation, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings and insights to diverse audiences
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative environment

  • Experience with big data technologies and distributed computing
  • Continued education with professional certifications
  • Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning techniques
  • Background in developing data-driven solutions for real-world applications
