We are looking for a highly-skilled Data Scientist with a strong background in statistics and programming. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a variety of models – the job is never boring! This role is not assigned to any single project, but will be able to work on a variety of problems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate in the full lifecycle of a model including design, coding, most importantly testing, and release
• Collaborate with the data and analytics team, marketing team, and marketplace teams
• Work on models such as fraud, player churn, or causal inference
• Utilizing experimentation, help analyze and project optimal values
• ML visualizations
• Predictive analytics 

ZREQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field, Ph.D. preferred
• 3+ years of professional experience with Python
• Experience with Bayesian techniques
• Experience with tools and frameworks like Pytorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, SQL, etc
• Familiarity with some of the following models: outlier detection, lifetime value modeling, or causal inference 
• The ability to ELI5
• Drive to learn and improve
