The Role:
Our company is looking for a team player who is data-driven, organized, and curious to work on Gametime's core infrastructure that determines prices and curation across the site. As a Pricing Analyst, you will support and inform various functions throughout the company to resolve critical business issues. In this role, you will analyze user behavior, pricing, marketplace, and competitor data to provide insights which will impact major business decisions that will determine Gametime's success. The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changes within the business and the industry.

Daily Responsibilities:

    • Deeply understand, propose, and implement new ideas within Gametime’s pricing and curation infrastructure
    • Analyze user behavior data and funnel metrics, generating recommendations to enhance and improve our pricing and curation programs
    • Analyze our competitive position in the marketplace and determine how that impacts our ability to conquest market share
    • Leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform and influence decision-making
    • Influence and build relationships with people across all levels of the organization, internally and externally

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

    •  4-5+ years of Data Analyst experience, ideally at a technology company
    • Proficient in SQL
    • Experience with Python or R
    • Understanding of Economic principles and Pricing theories
    • Ability to identify, analyze, and provide recommendations to complex business decisions
    • Solid understanding of statistical analysis and experimentation, and capacity to drive conclusions from the analysis
    • Ability to work across disparate data sources to obtain sensible results
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills


Nice to Have:

    • Experience with a data visualization software a plus
    • Experience with A/B testing a plus
    • Experience analyzing user-centric products, preferably in the gaming or marketplace industries

Base Salary Range

    • $140,000 - $185,000
