About the Role: 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to take on the role of Director, Analytics, Insights, and Measurement for our CPG vertical. This person will be a high-impact people manager within the organization and play a crucial role in shaping and executing analytics strategies to drive business objectives and enhance partner relationships.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of analytics professionals, ensuring their growth and development. Leverage your industry expertise to guide and mentor the team effectively.
  2. Analytics: Bring extensive experience in analytics and ideally measurement (including A/B testing and randomized control trials) to the CPG vertical.  Experience will be necessary to handle questions from our CPG partners’ analytics & insights teams and will enable trust and understanding in Fetch’s results. 
  3. Partner-Facing Role: Act as a primary point of contact for partners for all analytics & measurement questions, effectively communicating Fetch's measurement methodology, insights, and analytics offerings. Build and nurture strong relationships with partners to drive mutual success.
  4. Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate a strong technical background with at least 5 years of hands-on experience working with large datasets. Proficiency in SQL is strongly preferred to drive insightful analyses and generate valuable business intelligence.
  5. Industry Experience: Bring knowledge of the CPG industry to quickly translate business needs with Fetch solutions, data, and measurement.  
  6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster a "Sales partnership" mindset by working collaboratively with Sales counterparts to align analytics strategies with overarching business objectives. Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across departments.
  7. Capacity Management: Oversee and manage the capacity of the analytics team, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely delivery of analytics services.
  8. Strategic Thinking: Bring a strategic mindset to the role, contributing to the development and implementation of analytics strategies that align with Fetch's overall goals and objectives.

Skills we believe you need for this position: 

  • 8+ years of experience leading analytics and measurement strategy in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. This industry knowledge is critical for understanding market dynamics and tailoring analytics solutions. CPG experience is a requirement.
  • 3+ years leading and managing analytics teams for at least 3 years.
  • 5+ years of technical proficiency working with large datasets, leveraging SQL.
  • Experience directly supporting a sales team.
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on delivering actionable insights.

Compensation: 

At Fetch, we offer competitive compensation packages to the exceptional folks we hire. The base salary range for this position is $168,000 - $206,000. We also offer all employees equity in Fetch, so that everyone can benefit from Fetch’s growth.
