Role Overview

We are seeking a senior team member to join our Advanced Analytics team as a Director, Analytics Operations, to help lead our AI adoption efforts and facilitate our portfolio of internal AI and Analytics initiatives. This role is will have a near-term focus on internal AI enablement, driving the adoption, integration, and optimization of AI technologies across the firm. The role will further support a broader set of internal analytics and infrastructure initiatives in partnership with the CTO and firm leadership.

The Director of Analytics Operations will be responsible for managing cross-functional implementation efforts, helping translate business needs into technical requirements, and supporting the development of our analytics and data offerings. They should bring a mix of technical fluency, project management, and communications skills, and be comfortable managing workstreams, facilitating discussions with senior leaders, conducting vendor evaluations, and producing stakeholder-ready deliverables.

This role will be part of our Analytics function, reporting to the Chief Technology Officer.

Responsibilities

  • Lead internal AI adoption and implementation efforts, in partnership with the CTO, and our AI Steering and AI Advisory Groups
  • Facilitate our Internal AI Champions group
  • Support rollout and training for firm-approved tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT)
  • Help oversee our internal AI product portfolios, managing applications and assessing potential areas of opportunity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Knowledge Management, Learning, and Analytics, to develop and deploy AI-driven solutions, and create metrics to track adoption and ROI
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and coordinate with relevant teams.
  • Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and trends, making recommendations to enhance firmwide AI capabilities.
  • Contribute to broader internal analytics efforts, including offering development, tool enablement, infrastructure support, and cross-functional process improvements.

Qualifications and Desired Skills

  • 8+ years of experience working in a technology or professional services environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required (ideally in a technical field); Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MA, MS, etc.)
  • Technically fluent or “technology adjacent” – able to engage with engineers as well as non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong communicator with experience creating client-ready or executive-facing deliverables.
  • Comfortable facilitating multi-stakeholder discussions and driving alignment across teams.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
  • Strong understanding of, and curiosity about, AI technologies and their applications in a business context. Experience with AI tools such as Copilot for Microsoft 365, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Glean, etc. preferred
  • Role location is flexible; must be able to travel occasionally to firm and department meetings
  • Passion for materially improving the delivery of healthcare in the world

Salary range: $150,000-$190,000, plus may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs.
