About the role
Kraken is seeking a Head of Marketing Analytics with a strong pulse on advanced Analytic strategies to track customer behavior and increase conversion. We are seeking someone who is obsessed with data and utilizes advanced Marketing Analytic methodologies.
Responsibilities
-Lead and develop the Global Analytics Marketing function - create or modify processes and organizational structure
-Work very closely with other Marketing Directors with a strong focus on collaboration with the User Acquisition team
-Create BI/data visualizations that are digestible and maintain automated reporting
-Own marketing data (metrics, measurement and experimentation) testing methods to heavily influence marketing programs
-Work in collaboration with Directors for User Acquisition, Product Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Brand Marketing, Brand Partnerships and Creative in order to realize the CMO’s vision
Requirements
-10+ years experience in Marketing Analytic roles within fast paced competitive environments
-Strong experience working in competitive industries for high growth companies - Travel, Fintech, Foodtech, Crypto, Gaming
-Previous experience scaling Analytic teams to 15+ from the ground up
-Expert knowledge in the use advanced Analytic tools
-You have lead sophisticated, matrixed teams that are distributed globally
