The Role

Splice seeks a Director, Product Growth to partner with Product, Design and Engineering leaders to identify and recommend opportunities for subscriber and revenue growth, determine the potential impact of these opportunities on our overall business, and work with partners throughout the company to implement them.

What You’ll Do? 

  • Lay the foundations for a world class growth practice, building conversion-focused experiences
  • Build experiences which focus on acquisition, retention, and reengagement of Splice customers
  • Develop and execute A/B tests to further accelerate the growth of daily customer interactions
  • Track funnel metrics and use data to inform decisions around customer growth

What We’re Looking For in a Director, Product Growth? 

  • 4+ years in a product or growth role, building acquisition & conversion-focused experiences
  • Passionate about designing, experimenting, and testing growth experiments that have a significant impact on conversion
  • Experience in setting up growth platforms (ex: martech, analytics, A/B testing)
  • Experience driving cross functional teams, including marketing and engineering
  • Experience in building product features that drive network effects -- both user and data
  • Skilled at analyzing qualitative and quantitative data in order to make informed product decisions
  • Ability to prioritize issues in a fast-paced environment and consistently deliver simple, iterative solutions that drive key business metrics
  • Experience with subscriptions businesses and SaaS metrics
  • Experience/understanding of the music industry is a strong plus
