We’re looking for our future finance and data leaders; a great analytical mind with impeccable business judgment, who is interested in understanding Hopper’s financial drivers and people strategy deeply - helping us craft our long term financial and strategic plan, with a strong focus on people and staffing. Reporting to the Director of Finance & Hopperations, you will partner with stakeholders across the business - from Business Leaders to IT, Finance Control and People Operations & Analytics. You will help Hopper better understand where it invests its resources, how we can maximize talent density using data and help set the frameworks to make the right people & investment decisions. As part of your toolkit, you will implement process improvement and automation initiatives, deliver on reporting & planning cycles, assist in software procurement & define and develop best in class people analytics designed to maximize talent density. You are curious and relentless in understanding, which makes you happy working with stakeholders and capable of influencing them with clear and concise messages. You are also competent in SQL (and possibly other coding languages), like playing with huge data sets, a wizard in making sheets work by themselves and fantastic at distilling key insights from data analysis.
