The Human Resources Data Analyst will create, compile, and analyze financial and HR data, metrics, and statistics, and apply this data to make recommendations related to recruitment, talent retention, legal compliance, and other areas. Reporting into the CHRO, the HR Data Analyst will be the subject matter expert for all key metrics and data regarding People and Culture.
The ideal candidate will contribute to Company and the Human Resources’ team effectiveness and efficiency through the following responsibilities:
  • Creates and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including HRIS (UKG), employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, compliance and policies, and other sources.
  • Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, DE&I, retention and total rewards.
  • Prepares compelling, Board-ready reports of data results.
  • Assists in organization goal setting process by helping with the Identification of reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.
  • Based on metrics and analysis, makes recommendations for policies and activities to improve the organizational culture including suggestions to attract and hire qualified candidates, to motivate and retain employees, to address staffing issues, and to maintain legal compliance.
  • Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
  • Assist with performance, benefit, and compensation review and evaluation processes in partnership.
  • Assist the CHRO with planning and executing all phases of Peoplel/HR M&A activity including strategic assessment, due diligence, issue identification, risk allocation, negotiation, and documentation.
  • Provide solutions and recommendations for integration on compensation, benefits, and general HR through analytics.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in corporate development, compensation/total rewards or HR Analytics
  • Experience supporting corporate development or M&A knowledge of Compensation and Benefits
  • Strong analytical skills including the ability to interpret data, question the results, generate insights, and provide solutions
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work with confidential and HR sensitive information
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office tools to deliver succinct presentations, well-written reports, and meaningful data/analytics regularly
