We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated individual to own data analytics for our high growth mission-driven startup. Our current data tech stack includes Stitch, Amazon Redshift, DBT, and Looker, with opportunities for further optimization to meet business needs. You will track DTC performance and share insights across acquisition, digital product, merchandising, and retention areas, to drive strategy, prioritization of initiatives, and influence key business decisions. You will report to the VP of DTC and work closely with exceptional teammates on Growth and cross-functional teams at Blueland.
