• Act as team lead to plan tasks of BI visualization (MicroStrategy) project and provide guidance for other teammates to the project, QA, and troubleshoot issues.
• Work across all areas of the business for coordination and communication of analytics and reporting.
• Contribute to architectural discussions.
• Write and maintain advanced SQL queries for reporting extracts and perform QA tasks to verify the accuracy of reporting.
• Enhance and automate SQL scripts, testing, and other existing capabilities.
• Troubleshoot complex data & feature issues and perform root cause analysis to proactively resolve product and operational issues.
• This position manages and supervises multiple Data Engineers that are responsible for developing SQL scripts for reporting, automating workflows, building BI visualizations, and/or troubleshooting issues.
