Koddi’s commerce media platform serves some of the world’s largest brands by helping them optimize the experiences of millions of customers per day. Our solutions and software engineers partner directly with our customers to help them get the most out of our technology, implement new features, and to innovate on new capabilities.
The Lead Integration Engineer is a key part of our delivery team providing ongoing technical consulting for enterprise customers and serves as both an expert and an interface into our broader technical support teams.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop relationships with partner engineering staff
- Serve as key engineering point of contact for key partner
- Work with partners to implement commerce media platform
- Build and ship point solutions needed to make partners successful
- Prototype new use cases and features based on partner feedback
- Help optimize customer integrations in high scale environments
- Collaborate with internal and external Engineering, Product, and Program team
- This role will be a part of our technical/engineering team, not involved with sales, from a sales capacity, but more so implementing our solution
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU BRING
- 5+ years experience shipping production code in enterprise environments
- Familiarity with Go, Python, or other general purpose languages
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non technical audiences
- Strong familiarity with low latency problem spaces and data engineering concepts
- Passion for learning new things and educating others
- Highly efficient and organized
- Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to progressively probe, analyze, identify root causes of problems, provide practical solutions, and negotiate resolutions
- Must demonstrate an ability to inspire confidence and work collaboratively with partners, management, and peers while operating with integrity
