The IT Operations team is looking for a Lead Reporting Sr. Analyst to join our Data Management team. Are you passionate about all things data? What you will do

This role within the IT Data Management team will report to the Sr. Director of IT Operations. The focus on this role will be to lead the Reporting and Analytics function for IT. Key items include but are not limited to: 

  • Build, deliver and maintain a Centralized Reporting Portal to house reporting, visualizations, documentation and training
  • Work with offshore resources to get critical objectives and outputs completed
  • Mentor, train and advise both internal data management team members and internal data analysts that reside within each business unit
  • Work directly with senior stakeholders to understand problems and recommend solutions
  • Create executive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that track to strategic initiatives
  • Help establish reporting and data standards and strategies that align to C-Level plans
  • Be the de facto Subject Matter Expert for Reporting within IT and establish a Reporting Center of Excellence
  • Independently design, deliver and automate internal IT KPI reporting
  • Leverage all layers of the data stack to create analytics that drive value and ROI
  • Oversee data quality and governance practices, processes and policies

 

What you will need to succeed in this role

  • Experience and knowledge of programming and scripting languages such as, but not limited to, SQL, Python and R
  • 8+  years experience managing end-to-end Reporting and Analytics, preferably in High Growth SaaS Organizations
  • Working knowledge of the full Microsoft Reporting Stack as well as Snowflake
  • Experience and knowledge of visualization tools, like PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau
  • Experience and knowledge of relational and dimensional database structures, theories, principles, and practice used in data warehousing and analytics solutions
  • Experience with AI and/or ML methodologies is a plus
  • Understanding of industry trends and best practices within the Data and Reporting world
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage at the right level with any level of the business

Additional experience desired

  • Experience with AI and/or ML methodologies is a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Program Management or similar discipline - Master’s Preferred
