We’re looking for a Marketing Analytics Manager. As a key member of our Marketing team, you will oversee critical initiatives such as leading the marketing and web analytics strategies for our partner sites and markets, identifying conversion and revenue optimization opportunities, and partnering with Marketing stakeholders to identify ROI/ channel level optimization opportunities. You are passionate about and stay abreast of leading-edge developments in Marketing Science and Data Analytics, and are able to develop a POV on our analytics roadmap and infrastructure to make recommendations for growth and innovation. This role will report directly into our CMO, Michelle, based in New York. We are working with a target compensation range of $75-90k USD annual salary, plus equity, for this role and expect most candidates to fall within that area. The full recruitment and onboarding process will take place remotely due to COVID-19. When it is safe to do so, we will provide the option for employees to continue working remotely or work from the local office (or a bit of both).
