We’re looking for a Marketing Analytics Manager. As a key member of our Marketing team, you will oversee critical initiatives such as leading the marketing and web analytics strategies for our partner sites and markets, identifying conversion and revenue optimization opportunities, and partnering with Marketing stakeholders to identify ROI/ channel level optimization opportunities. You are passionate about and stay abreast of leading-edge developments in Marketing Science and Data Analytics, and are able to develop a POV on our analytics roadmap and infrastructure to make recommendations for growth and innovation. More specifically, you will:

    • Partner with Marketing to help with (on-site & PPC) marketing and channel optimization.  You will also support their forecasting and planning needs to drive ROI, sales and new customer growth
    • Build customer value and affinity models
    • Oversee GTM tag management system for all clients and define and enforce standards
    • Oversee Google Analytics platform (conventions, filters, etc.) to apply uniform and appropriate tracking of web analytics data and marketing data in GA
    • Partner with Product Management & Country Managers to identify conversion optimization opportunities
    • Manage and implement reporting; executive, operational, client-facing  and ad hoc reports 
    • Evaluate the third party analytics landscape to identify potential partners and vendors Localised should work with

We'd love to hear from you if:

    • You have extensive experience as a Marketing Analyst and/or Data Scientist, ideally at a leading B2C ecommerce company
    • You are customer obsessed and have a demonstrated ability to improve their conversion
    • You are expert in SQL; R, Python, Hadoop/ Hive, SAS
    • You are an expert in various web analytics tools and testing platforms including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Optimizely
    • You have a proven track record of communicating a roadmap along with the resourcing needs to achieve it

Very relevant, but not mandatory:

    • You have international or luxury fashion experience
    • You possess strong technical bias and can pull raw web log data, simulate session pathing
    • You have experience with multi-touch marketing attribution and media mix models
    • You are fluent in multiple languages
This role will report directly into our CMO, Michelle, based in New York. We are working with a target compensation range of $75-90k USD annual salary, plus equity, for this role and expect most candidates to fall within that area. The full recruitment and onboarding process will take place remotely due to COVID-19. When it is safe to do so, we will provide the option for employees to continue working remotely or work from the local office (or a bit of both).
