We're looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial [marketing analysts/ds] to develop insights and frameworks that guide the marketing roadmap, growth, and metrics. An ideal candidate is someone who has owned and ran Marketing Analytics for a company with >$50M in annual Marketing spend. A background in and understanding of the B2C space is preferred. 

Responsibilities

    • Define the right metrics to measure the success of marketing in relation to the product/ marketplace 
    • Performing quantitative analysis and building dashboards that informs marketing roadmaps
    • Work with stakeholders to understand and define LTV, CAC, and other core Marketing metrics
    • Contribute to experiment design and interpret the results to draw detailed and actionable conclusions
    • Building machine learning models that help improve our customer experience and enhance operations
    • Working with data engineers and rest of the engineering team to build data stack and data pipelines

Desired Experience

    • 5+ years of experience in data science/ data analytics fields
    • Experience in sql, python/R, airflow, looker and spark
    • Experience working with web analytics and marketing related tools such as Segment, Amplitude, Optimizely, and Google Analytics
    • Strong quantitative background and experience with statistical analysis, incrementality testing, media mix modeling (MMM), multi-touch attribution (MTA) and other core marketing metrics
    • Detailed knowledge of data warehouse technical architecture, ETL, and reporting/analytic tools
    • Ability to operate under ambiguous and fast moving problem spaces using cross-functional skill when needed
    • Potential to grow into a leadership position as the team expands
    • (nice to have) A passion or growing interest in decentralized technologies
    • (nice to have) An understanding of the basic mechanics of blockchain applications and dApps.
