Marketing at Crunchbase
The Crunchbase Marketing team is responsible for product, corporate, and growth marketing initiatives, including lead generation and monetization, crafting outstanding content, and driving engagement with our community of users. Our Growth and Ops team drives business results at Crunchbase via web and product optimization, demand generation programs, and by improving the experimentation and tech capabilities of the Marketing team in general.
This Role
The Marketing Analytics Specialist is responsible for enabling all of our Marketing teams to grow their results faster via experimentation. You will partner closely with each team as an analytical expert, advising on the implementation of tactics and helping implement proper experiments. You’ll provide strategic insights and recommendations based on quantitative research you conduct into web flows, user segmentation, and marketing channel data. This role also acts as a liaison between Marketing and Crunchbase’s central Analytics team, prioritizing reporting, analysis, and data needs.
You will report directly to the Director of Marketing Growth and Ops alongside a fellow Marketing Analyst and support functions like Product Marketing, News, Brand, Lifecycle, and the Growth and Ops team itself.
