About the Role
Quantum Metric is looking for an analytically minded storyteller and clear data communicator to help highlight predictions, trends, and key insights across various industries. Working closely with the Content & Communication team, they will delve into Quantum Metric platform data as well as outside research resources to analyze technical and behavioral customer experience data, interpret findings, and highlight surprising insights to augment content including blog posts, ebooks, reports, and presentations. Core responsibilities include crunching data to tell out-of-the-box data-driven stories, enhancing the brand’s thought leadership through a data lens, and presenting the top data nuggets in multiple formats.

Responsibilities

    • Uncover surprising trends using benchmarking and statistical tools including Python (analysis & visualization libraries) and SQL – and present exciting findings to wider stakeholders from a non-statistical background
    • Analyze data and create compelling stories across multiple channels, using both internal and external sources
    • Dive into technical and behavioral customer experience data, interpret findings, and highlight most interesting insights to augment content including blog posts, ebooks, reports, and presentations
    • Lead data-led discussions with the marketing team to augment ongoing campaign messaging

Requirements

    • 3+ years of relevant data experience, with a focus on data-driven reporting and analytics.
    • Experience using SQL and Python.
    • Expert in quantitative and qualitative market analysis.
    • Have a portfolio of data projects for reference.
    • A talent for turning raw data and analysis into compelling stories for a broad audience.
