Bonusly is looking for a collaborative, action-oriented contract Marketing Operations Analyst to help guide the effectiveness of our marketing efforts. We are looking for someone who can support our Marketing team in making data-informed decisions. This includes scaling, experimenting, learning from data, and continuously improving data hygiene, reporting and analysis. You’ll help with the development of a reporting infrastructure that provides insight on the performance of all marketing channels, campaigns and initiatives.

✅ What you’ll do:

    • Marketing Operations: use data and key marketing and sales systems to uncover business insights and turn them into impactful business recommendations. 
    • Create dashboards and reports for SQMs, MQLs, and SQOs.
    • Own and revamp our closed-lost and disqualification processes. 
    • Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to enhance marketing effectiveness.
    • Manage and optimize HubSpot to execute campaigns, track performance, and generate insights.
    • Provide suggestions on how we can improve and implement best practices within Hubspot. 
    • Constantly look for ways to improve data quality and data hygiene.
    • Partner with Sales Ops and other functions to ensure a clean automation and data setup.

💯You should apply if you…..

    • Have at least 3 years of experience in marketing operations/automation, marketing analysis, or a related field.
    • Have advanced knowledge of HubSpot. 
    • Strong experience reporting and visualizing data in Datastudio, Databox, or other similar tools
    • Experience with Gong, Clearbit, ZoomInfo, ChiliPiper, and Google Analytics.
    • Are an expert in the marketing funnel, audience segmentation, performance metrics, and attribution.
    • Love creating organization and process developmentStrong experience in process documentation.
    • Have strong project management and prioritization skills.
    • Are flexible and comfortable with ambiguity.
    • Have experience developing buy-in and building consensus with stakeholders.
    • Have excellent communication & presentation skills. Are passionate about clean data.
