Introduction
Are you interested to play an important role to make intelligent robots loved by millions across the world? iRobot is seeking a Data Annotator to join Machine Learning team to annotate data used for training powerful Deep learning models. As a Data Annotator, you will use an annotation tool to draw cuboids/boxes around objects in images, 2D and 3D maps.Responsibilities
Perform a repetition of annotation tasks with consistency, quality, and speed.
Perform data quality assessment.
Use internal tools for managing and tracking progress of annotations.
Collaborate with the team to help improve the annotation interface and contribute your ideas to improve the annotation process.
Demonstrate good judgement that requires minimal supervision
Requirements
High School degree or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Detail and visual oriented
Good spatial understanding (ability to correlate 2D/ 3D maps and images)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills using keyboard/mouse.
Bonus points
Experience in data annotation
Experience in working with spatial data, images, point clouds.
Experience in playing video games.
Experience in using 3D modeling or visualization software and tools.
An interest in being exposed to Deep Learning.
