People Analytics Analyst - Reporting & Insights

6 month contract - Part Time - 20 to 25 hours per week

You will:

  • Provide Workday reporting and analytical support to various stakeholders across the People leadership team
  • Partner with peers to design and build Workday and Tableau dashboards that support strategic goals for LiveRamp
  • Apply expertise in data and analysis and translate complex issues into actionable insights
  • Create, maintain and improve the efficiency and automation of reporting and analytics processes
  • Drive data integrity across the People team’s systems and partners to develop good data governance

Your team will: 

This role is part of the HR Technology & People Ops team within our People & Culture organization. The HR Technology & People Ops team is responsible for enabling P&C stakeholders, and all LiveRampers, to do their best people-related work through simple and awesome technology and process solutions. The group works in close partnership with our Talent Enablement, Business Partner, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Workplace Experience, and Diversity, Inclusion, & Belonging teams. 

About you: 

  • 5+ years of advanced WD reporting experience
  • 5+ years of HR reporting and analytics experience (recruiting, engagement, retention, DEI)
  • Expertise in data collection and manipulation and visualization skills
  • Ability to review, prepare, audit and ensure accuracy of data
