Position Description

We are looking for a Product Data Scientist / Analyst who can work in a data driven environment, loves to identify patterns and insights to improve our products that in turn benefit the business. If you have a strong experience in data science, analytics, and are excited about driving results in a hyper growth company, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities :-

  • Work closely with Product Managers to drive product improvements through data-driven decisions.
  • Conduct analysis to determine new project pilot settings. Present insights and recommendations to leadership (Business and Technical) using high-quality visualizations and concise messaging.
  • Own the implementation of data collection and tracking, and coordinate with the engineering and product team.
  • Create and maintain dashboards for product and business teams and communicate the results of analyses to leadership teams to influence the strategy
  • Lead and own the analysis of highly complex data sources, identifying trends and patterns in data, and provide insights/recommendations based on analysis results.

Requirements :-

Must Have:

  • 2+ years’ experience in analytics as a data scientist or product analyst.
  • Strong data, statistics, and analytical skills with a good grasp of SQL and metrics.
  • Experience with Root cause analysis and Creating and Maintaining dashboards.
  • Experience with one of the visualization tools like Mode or Looker is a plus.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills with the ability to present ideas in a clear, concise way.
  • Ability to translate structured and unstructured problems into analytical frameworks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment, learn on the job and get things done.

Nice to Have:

  • Undergraduate degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering, or equivalent.
