Brave uses its own system for Privacy Preserving Product Analytics, P3A (https://brave.com/privacy-preserving-product-analytics-p3a/) to determine what browser features are getting traction and which still need more work, all while strictly guaranteeing user privacy.  Brave is looking for a talented engineer to help us advance our P3A SDK, making it effortless for developers to integrate and manage.  This position will involve working along with browser engineers and product managers to ensure that we are measuring what matters and doing so in the most efficient and private way possible.

Requirements

• Experience writing C++ code
• Experience with writing/deploying production Go and JavaScript backends
• Experience with data analysis / business intelligence
• Strives to deliver documented, maintainable, and testable code
• Comfortable working in an open source setting
• A passion for helping protect users’ privacy and security
• Written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proven record of getting things done
