The Role

We’re looking for a product analytics specialist to join our product team. You will use your background in analytics, statistics, and/or business intelligence to build sophisticated analytics products for both our clients and internal teams.

You’ll work closely with our product, design & engineering teams to build tools that illuminate both the operational opportunities in our client hospitals as well as the entire impact chain of our product, from performance of our algorithms, through nudges and recommendations made to hospital staff, to the actions they take and the operational impact they have.

This is a high impact role that will drive innovation in our product, magnify the value of our entire solution suite, and shape our position in the market.

Location

This role can be remote within the U.S. or based in our Mountain View, CA office. If remote, some travel will be expected when travel becomes safe again. Sponsorship for non-US based candidates is not available at this time.

Key Responsibilities

Deeply understand the business problems of our end users (both internal and external) and build analytics tool to address them.
Develop advanced data products that complement our product suite and differentiate our offering.
Design, build, and curate core analytics products across all of our our clients.
Facilitate our product, design, and engineering teams’ laser focus on outcomes.
Explore our data to find leverage points and opportunities.
Build and tell robust analytics stories.

Position Basic Qualifications

5+ years experience in product analytics, business intelligence, and/or building analytics tools.
Proficiency in SQL, github, and dashboarding/visualization tools.
Healthcare data experience (highly preferred).
Comfort with Python.
Experience with Looker a plus.
Advanced degree in statistics, economics, or other quantitative field a plus.
Ability to construct analyses and visualizations that resonate with a variety of audiences.
A love for the big picture and a healthy obsession with the details.
Deep curiosity and a passion for real-world impact.
