Hopper Homes is building the best place to book vacation rental homes at the best price. We are hiring a Product Manager to focus on improving search rank. Our goal is to enhance the visibility and discoverability of the best vacation rental homes in search results among our massive pool of listings, ensuring that our customers easily and quickly find the best options for their needs.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise in ML, data analysis, and search optimization to drive significant improvements in our ranking algorithm. Working closely with the engineering team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough analyses to develop strategies that will enhance search performance. You will also collaborate with our supply team to set and drive acquisition targets based on ranking.
The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging data-driven insights to drive business impact, skilled in analyzing large datasets and search behavior patterns, capable of collaborating with & leading cross-functional teams, and executes with a strong bias towards action.
This position offers a unique opportunity to drive a substantial impact on defining and evolving our ranking system, as well as drive revenue for the entire business as a whole.
