LiveRamp is seeking a dynamic, collaborative, and cross-functional leader for the role of Product Intelligence Manager. This individual will be responsible for leveraging data as the connective tissue that guides decision-making and enhances teamwork across the product and engineering organization. This role will be accountable for generating meaningful insights that drive growth, improve customer experience, optimize operational processes, and enhance financial performance at LiveRamp.  The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams and a history of high retention.

Responsibilities:

• Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including executives, product teams, and business partners, to understand their needs and deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

• Manage a team of senior analysts, providing commercial and business context, as well as support in developing their ability to support the organization with data-driven storytelling/”follow the thread”, product strategy, and effective decision support

• Maintain KPI review cadences with product leaders and use data to help them build accountability frameworks within product and engineering

• Work with product & engineering leadership to identify areas to drive data monetization through increased revenue and reduced cost

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement a robust data strategy, including data collection, storage, integration, and governance, to ensure reliable and accurate product intelligence.

Assisting in the development and execution of product strategies based on data-driven insights, aligning with organizational goals and customer requirements.

• Create dashboards and reports in Tableau to communicate insights to key stakeholders

• Write complex SQL queries to extract data from large datasets

• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions

• Monitor data quality and work to improve it where necessary

Requirements:

• Masterful in conveying insights through data-driven narratives and presentations

• Track record of building/using KPI frameworks with product teams to achieve improved customer experience & engagement

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts including hiring, training, and performance management.

• Strong data modeling & expert SQL skills with experience working with complex data sets

• Extensive experience with at least one modern BI tool - Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc…

• Experience with DBT and Tableau a plus

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data-related field

• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing people

The approximate annual base compensation range is $182,000 to $246,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
