About The Role
The goal of the Virtual Interlining team is to provide customers with the best flight prices and selection by creating unique flight inventory. We are looking for a skilled Product Operations Analyst to join our team as we scale Virtual Interlining to multiple Hopper partners.
As a Product Operations Analyst, you will provide scaled support to our B2B partners and the product development team. You will build reporting to monitor the performance of our product, use data and customer feedback to diagnose bugs and needed features, and work with the product development team to advocate for those fixes and features. You will serve as the product expert to answer stakeholder questions and manage communication around the rollout of algorithmic changes and new features.
We are looking for a highly analytical self-starter who is excited about the challenge of learning new systems and products. The ideal candidate will have experience building reporting and communicating findings to internal and external stakeholders.
This role will report to the Product Manager and work with a highly skilled team of technical, data and product-focused individuals.
