Doximity is hiring a Program Performance Analyst to join our growing commercial operations team. In this role, you will play an integral part in driving value for our client’s by owning the process of monitoring and managing performance of our ad campaigns. This role will require you to work cross functionally with stakeholders from teams including product, sales, client success, and data.

This role can be filled in our San Francisco headquarters OR remotely in the U.S.

How you’ll make an impact 

  • Manage day-to-day monitoring and tracking of performance of active campaigns
  • Track progress towards contractual performance guarantees
  • Create and manage performance dashboards to effectively monitor campaign performance details such as performance by channel, product, client, etc.
  • Provide regular feedback to product teams to continuously improve how our ads are delivered
  • Identify and report on key performance trends on a regular basis
  • Field performance questions from sales and client success as they arise
  • Streamline and automate current processes around performance

 

What we’re looking for 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of experience working in a data/analytics oriented role
  • Highly analytical, comfortable independently exploring data and deriving insights
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and able to manage/prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with data intelligence/visualization tools such as Looker and Tableau a plus
  • SQL experience a plus
  • Passion for healthcare, pharma, and tech.
