JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary This Provider Data Reporting Analyst is part of the Provider Data Reporting and Analytics team at Molina. As a Provider Data Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for compiling and disseminating data into actionable information for the department experts that support data integrity.
There are nearly many ways our data can be utilized, but here are some examples of the work a Provider Data Reporting Analyst might perform:
- Design and build efficient SQL data control processes to assess data quality and clean up data by aligning it with a consistent structure and format.
- Manipulate, format, and analyze data (MS Excel) for downstream processes and reporting.
- Identify providers that meet special criteria for outreach.
- Audit provider data to ensure that claims pay correctly.
- Partner with technical and business teams to document, map, diagram, define, organize, and curate key data elements.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Understanding of databases and SQL.
- Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis functions.
- Adept at working with internal stakeholders to research, develop, and document new standard reports or data processes.
- Ability to work independently to coordinate with stakeholders and drive an issue to resolution.
- Experienced in addressing data integrity gaps by working with business stakeholders and technical IT resources.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred Experience
3-5 years

Pay Range: $44,936.59 - $97,362.61 / ANNUAL
