Figma is growing our team of passionate people on a mission to make design accessible to all. Born on the Web, Figma helps entire product teams brainstorm, create, test, and ship better designs, together. From great products to long-lasting companies, we believe that nothing great is made alone—come make with us!

Recruiting Operations fuels Figma’s hiring efforts through thoughtful process design, technology and analytics. Our goal is to elevate the experience of candidates and internal partners by launching best in class programs that will enable Figma to hire top talent at scale.

Figma is looking for a Recruiting Analytics Manager to lead the delivery of our recruiting data and reporting strategy. In this role you’ll generate insights designed to improve recruiting performance, drive accountability and enable our teams to make data driven decisions. You'll partner directly with senior leaders to answer critical business questions and inform our global operating strategy. As the first recruiting analytics hire, you will be the subject matter expert and have an outsized influence on the future of recruiting analytics at Figma.

What you’ll do at Figma:

    • Work directly with recruiting leaders to understand business needs, scope data requests, synthesize insights, and providing actionable recommendations that drive our recruiting strategy.
    • Identify KPIs to measure recruiting productivity. Monitor performance and present action plans for improvements on a regular cadence.
    • Translate complex findings and data in a compelling and easy-to-understand narrative for audiences of all technical levels.
    • Partner with cross functional team members to ensure processes and system integrations are designed to produce high quality data and insights.
    • Inform the selection and implementation of next-gen analytics and data visualization tools.

Some projects you could work on:

    • Develop a model for recruiter and interviewer capacity planning.
    • Diagnose hiring bottlenecks for complex pipelines and partner with recruiting leaders on recommendations to improve efficiency.
    • Analyze quantitative and qualitative survey data and identify opportunities to improve the stakeholder experience and quality of hire.
    • Perform ad hoc analysis to better understand critical elements of the recruiting process (ie: interviewer effectiveness, pipeline efficiency, headcount planning)

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

    • An appetite for bringing structure to ambiguity; you thrive in working at the infrastructure layer and building for scale.
    • Expert systems-level thinking; you’re able to combine data sets, understand how information flows between tools and identify possible breakdowns.
    • Operated across the full lifecycle of analytics projects - requirements gathering, data collection, data cleansing, analysis, visualization, QA/QC, and deployment.
    • The ability to work autonomously, build strong cross-functional partnerships and influence without authority.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to tell a story using data.
    • Solid experience with Excel/Google sheets and advanced proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, etc. SQL experience is a plus.

About Figma
Dylan Field and Evan Wallace co-founded Figma in 2012 with the vision of building tools for designers in the browser. Their goal was to create the first design tool that combined the accessibility of the Web with the functionality of a native app. Today Figma is a platform with tools and spaces to support the entire product development process—idea to design to build—and has simplified collaboration for companies like Microsoft, Uber, and The New York Times to name a few.

At Figma, we celebrate and support our differences. We know employing a team rich in diverse backgrounds, experiences, and opinions allows our employees, products, and community to flourish. Figma is an equal opportunity workplace—we are dedicated to equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national orientation, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, or Veteran status.
