What you’ll do:

• Design, build, and support data visualizations, reports, and dashboards for the purposes of monitoring, understanding and optimizing company performance
• Guide stakeholders in understanding their business requirements and data
• Improve data availability and data literacy across the organization
• Identify trends and patterns in complex data sets
• Aid in the processing of our internal data request queue
• Become a Business Intelligence tool subject matter expert, educating and training internal teams to use the tool optimally
• Other duties may be assigned as determined by the Company from time to time

What you bring to the team:

• Experience working with Business Intelligence systems and tools (BI tooling, databases, spreadsheets)
• Ability to read and write SQL queries
• Understanding of data models and database concepts
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to business users

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with PostgreSQL
• Experience with Looker
• Experience with Python
• Experience with HTML/CSS
• Experience in B2B or SaaS, working in a high-growth environment
• Interest or experience in Health Tech, Integrative Medicine, or supplements
