As Manager of Revenue Analytics, you’ll be responsible for laying the foundation for a best-in-class analytics for Vanta’s GTM function (Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Development). You’ll partner closely with our business stakeholders and leaders to ensure that Vanta’s GTM analytics are accurate, concise, and provide direction to unlock revenue. 

As the Manager of Revenue Analytics, you’ll be asked to: 

  • Work in Sigma Computing to find insights in our Sales, CS, and Sales Development process
    • Building and maintaining “Source of Truth” views for the GTM org to utilize 
    • Writing custom SQL to join data sources to provide analytical overviews
  • Conduct, manage, and provide visibility to business enhancing analytical projects:  Lead conversion overview by source, pricing/discounting by sku and its relation to customer journey and churn, churn/downsell predictive analysis 
  • Identify trends in the data that help leadership adjust appropriately to maximize GTM business results  
  • Own and lead topline roll up reporting for GTM org (weekly/monthly roll up)
  • Define the analytics best practice for our GTM teams
  • Lead Analytics Reviews with C-level partners
  • Understanding of Python/R to conduct statistical analysis of GTM data

 To be successful in this role:

  • Have  5+ years of experience working with data as an analyst in an applied business context, specifically expertise within Go To Market analytics 
  • Tenacity to approach GTM analytics with a “can-do” attitude.  You are eager to jump on any analytical challenge (big or small) and provide your recommendation on next steps.
  • Able to quickly adjust and respond to changing business needs
  • Deep experience with data visualization (Sigma is a plus)
  • Intense curiosity about data, the world, where they match, and why they do or don’t
  • Expert executive communication skills.  You can tell a compelling story about the status quo through data and tailor a message to convey understanding to specific audiences
  • Deep understanding of Go to Market data stacks (Salesforce, Hubspot)
  • Experience leading executive data reviews
  • Experience delivering change management with BI tooling
  • Python/R experience, specifically use in building statistical/predictive models
  • Experience working in Data Science with Sales and Customer Success teams
    • Building models for predicting the P(churn) of a customer
    • Building models for predicting the health of a customer.

Pay Range: $220,000-$259,000; If you are offered the position, your offer amount will be based on your experience.
