Appcues is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst whose mission will be to drive the effectiveness and efficiency of our Go-To-Market teams with a focus on post sale operations. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to Customer Success, Customer Support, Account Management and Product to define and measure customer experience objectives and strategy.

We are looking for an energetic candidate who wants to dive into our customer retention, adoption, and health metrics, and who will derive value from setting up and scaling our operational foundation and processes.

Your responsibilities will include:


    • Data:
    • Reporting: Develop customer experience and customer health dashboards to understand the health of our customer base and drive decision making
    • Analysis: Track leading indicators of retention, renewals, adoption, utilization and NPS. Develop insights that drive recommendations for action around risk mitigation
    • Forecasting: Develop analytic forecasts for account health based on quantitative and qualitative factors. Own capacity management for headcount planning
    • Systems Administration and Data Management: Maintain data quality and hygiene within and between operational systems (SFDC, Appcues, Netsuite, Snowflake, Looker). Own end to end data management post sale
    • Processes:
    • Implement new tooling and manage existing systems
    • Monitor Go-To-Market team execution and performance
    • Drive operational cadences required to facilitate and improve reporting, communication and forecasting
    • Design and launch processes, workflows and automations that drive internal efficiencies, level-up the effectiveness of our GTM teams, and deliver greater value to our customers
    • Systems:
    • Manage, maintain and optimize key operational applications to ensure data hygiene and frictionless adoption for GTM teams. Primarily responsible for Salesforce
    • Drive adoption and optimization of Business Intelligence tooling (Looker).

You may be a great fit if you:

    • Have 5+ years of ReV Ops, Sales Ops or CS Ops experience at a fast growing B2B SaaS company
    • Strong analytics, operational and project management foundation
    • Advanced competence with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
    • Subject matter expertise in Salesforce
    • Experience using Business Intelligence Data Visualization tools (i.e Looker)
    • Excited to take on large, ambiguously scoped projects that will drive meaningful business insights, actions and outcomes
    • Enjoy “getting your hands dirty” by digging into complex operations
    • Take high degree of ownership over your work
