About the team
The Sales Operations team provides the analytical, technical, and process underpinning of a 3000 person+ go-to-market team. From providing reporting and analysis, to compensating the team, to using voice analytics and other technology to improve our teams, we wake up each day trying to improve sales performance. Recent changes at Angi have decentralized sales, increasing the importance of Sales Operations as the connective tissue that creates consistency in how we measure and manage the business. The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for maintaining, improving, and creating tools and processes to be used by the Angi Client Success and Sales Originations teams.
What you’ll do
- Prepare organizational sales reports, charts, and graphs in support of the sales department
- Works directly with sales and leadership to set reporting requirements for their needs
- Collects and analyzes data from multiple databases including Microsoft excel, SQL, and Salesforce.com and additional sources to evaluate current and historical trends daily
- Creates various reports for internal departments
- Proactive monitoring data within CRM
- Maintains and executes daily and bi-weekly responsibilities
- Leads by example, maintaining a positive, cooperative attitude especially in times of change/challenge
- Performs related duties as required or assigned
Who you are
- 2-3 years of professional experience with evidence of increasing responsibility including creating processes for complex operations
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus in an analytical field
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, Python and SQL (or similar programs)
- Excellent communication skills are required, both written and spoken
- Strong computer skills required
- Ability to work in a metric driven environment and remain goal oriented
- Creative problem-solver with excitement to work on cross-functional teams and projects
- A passion for marketplaces, the sharing economy, and/or the on-demand services space
- Ability to dig deep into processes and identify areas for improvement

Compensation & Benefits

The salary band for this position ranges from $55,000-$65,000, commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living.
