What’s the role?

As Jellyvision grows, we need people to ensure data integrity with the high volume of software contracts that we need to process during our busy season. You will specifically be working as a Sales Operations Analyst in support of the Revenue organization. You will work on simplifying and streamlining systems and processes to enable the Revenue team to operate efficiently. You will also be performing reporting and analysis using Salesforce.com and Excel that will provide key, actionable insights to sales management.

What you’ll do to be successful 

  • Sales Technology Management
    • Work to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the data in Salesforce through ongoing data hygiene tasks as well as manual oversight of the handoff of deals from Revenue to Finance.
    • Provide day-to-day technical support and case management resolution for sales reps and managers.
    • KPIs: resolution time of Salesforce cases; maintaining accurate and timely updates in Salesforce cases
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
    • Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests from Revenue leadership.
    • Proactively identify opportunities to provide new insights to the Revenue team.
    • KPIs: reporting accuracy; work product format tailored to audience
  • Process Optimization
    • Propose and develop Salesforce solutions to implement user and process efficiencies and solve business issues.
    • Document changes impacting users in order to educate and enable the Revenue team effectively.
    • KPIs: suggesting and implementing continuous improvement ideas on an ongoing basis
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Provide cross-functional support and act as the representative of Sales Ops for initiatives and projects that impact the Revenue org and/or tech stack.
    • Build trusted business partner relationships with Revenue managers and reps.
    • KPIs: project success in cross-functional initiatives; demonstrating customer-centric lens during problem-solving and workload prioritization

Experience & skills you’ll need

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Salesforce.com Lightning experience creating reports and dashboards
  • Highly proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Analytical with keen attention to detail
  • Experience working on Sales Operations or Revenue Operations team
  • Experience supporting a SaaS sales organization
  • Experience creating/updating contract templates in tools such as Conga or similar, preferred
  • Experience with Outreach administration preferred
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred

  • Starting Salary: $81,695 - $99,849
