We see one out of every two card swipes across the US, covering $3.1T in purchases. This puts us in a unique position, to help marketers predict consumer shopping behavior based on actual purchase data. We then use that data to reach bank consumers with offers they will love and that drive measurable, incremental purchases for our advertisers.

About the role
This role is a Senior Analyst in the Performance Analytics team, which is responsible for generating accurate projections for campaign budgets and reward liability for large scale advertisers generated by our ML platform, creating detailed customer segmentation, and understanding and monitoring performance and health of different drivers in the Cardlytics network. The senior analyst will work cross-functionally with Media Strategy and Analytics teams to ensure projections accurately reflect advertisers’ strategies and inflight campaign performance is tracking correctly to consume contracted budgets.

You will:
• Generate accurate custom projections using ML models provided by the modeling team for large scale advertisers.
• Interpret advanced forecast models that provide Media Strategists with insight on performance
• Monitor campaign performance to ensure that the network is performing at full potential.
• Understand how campaigns on our platform perform in various verticals and make recommendations for future implementation.
• Creatively build ways to automate and streamline processes.

You have experience in:
• Interpreting complex models and forecasts and translate results into audience ready results
• Knowledge of statistical modeling, testing, data mining, and data science techniques
• Proficient in SQL, advanced Excel and Python skills a plus
• A degree in Statistics, Engineering, Decision Sciences, or similar field. Masters preferred
• 2+ years’ experience in an Analytics / Forecasting role
