As a Senior Data Analyst you will play a pivotal role in developing, maintaining, and analyzing the essential KPIs, reports, and dashboards for data projects, . You are a curious, imaginative and driven leader who has a real passion for diving into data to solve complex business problems. Your insights will guide game and live operations design to drive improved acquisition, retention, and monetization through partnerships with Product, Marketing, Compliance, Trust & Safety, and Engineering team members.

What we’ll accomplish together:
- Partner with analysts and stakeholders to identify strategic business needs, key metrics, and actionable insights
- Use a hypothesis-driven approach to design and construct exploratory analysis
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to track these core Indicators across a variety of games and products
- Work with the Data Engineering team to develop ETL solutions and ensure data integrity
- Support remote game teams with reporting, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis
- Develop complex SQL queries to answers questions of large/complex datasets
- Drive requirements for critical data needs and for data modeling with data engineers
A little about you:
- Specialist in performing analysis, providing insights and constructing visualizations
- Demonstrated experience in Data Analysis, Data Science or Game analytics
- Experience in performing root-cause analysis on all data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement
- Expert in story-telling, visualizations and building dashboards.
- Experience in communicating complex quantitative concepts and solutions to stakeholders and partners
- Expertise in SQL and data visualization/BI tools (MixPanel, Google Data Studio, Tableau, Looker, etc)
- Able to partner with cross-functional (product, marketing, development) teams to understand their needs and priorities with multiple perspectives to guide product performance improvement
- Solid communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of management
- B.S. or M.S. in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or similar
