At Compass, you will:

• Establish a deep understanding of our business and our customers that can be leveraged into providing our Operations team with data driven insights about our customer, markets, production, and competition
• Drive data fluency throughout the operations organization by creating standardized metrics, intuitive dashboards and compelling data-storytelling.
• Architect Operations dashboards, modeling and KPIs through a data visualization software, ensuring the right data and insights cascades to the leadership team to help drive revenue growth, profitability and product adoption
• Collaborate with the product, data and engineering teams to establish sound data infrastructure and data governance processes 
• Design and implement analytics solutions and definitions that enable consistency & scalability with cross-functional teams
• Be a thought leader to drive business outcomes that align with Compass' values, mission and growth objectives

What we’re looking for

• 4+ years of experience with Analytics and/or Business Intelligence, and the related tools/platforms.
• 4+ years of experience writing SQL queries and performance tuning analytic queries against complex data sets (Databricks preferred)
• Strong experience in data reporting/visualization with Tableau (preferred) or other BI tools
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication (verbal & written) and data visualization skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
• Ability to anticipate our customer’s needs and provide proactive solutions
• Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth and rapidly changing environment
