Misfits Market is looking for an experienced Analytics Manager to own the data strategy, tech stack, and a team of data analysts across our customer-facing app & website and backend systems (including our fulfillment centers). You will be leading and professionally developing a team of analysts, working with company leaders to answer complex business questions, create and improve forecasts, proactively deliver business insights, and define processes and standards. This role requires a strong level of analytical horsepower and communication skills to effectively analyze and tell the story behind the data, along with ability to drive projects with a team of analysts to deliver strategic and high-quality work.
