What you’ll be doing:

The Senior Director of Data Analytics is responsible for defining and executing a vision for Lirio’s data analytics capabilities, managing the data analytics team, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to guide the data analytics and more effectively use data to achieve business and customer goals.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience creating novel visual analytics methods andtools.
• 10+ years of experience publishing in academic/scientific venues.
• 7+ years of experience as a people leader
• Experience with data science and data science libraries
• Experience in a senior leadership role
• Experience working with domain scientists to visual unique datasets.
• Experience working with machine learning experts or demonstrated experience in explainable AI.
• Experience with big data, distributed systems, data modeling, data literacy, data warehousing, etc.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices

Nice to have skills

• Experience with microservice and eventually consistent architectures
• Experience with software engineering processes and implementing best practices
