We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing team. This role will report to the Sr Director, FP&A and will be a business partner for our recruiting business unit. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining revenue and expense forecasts, reporting actual results on a monthly/quarterly basis, and streamlining existing financial processes. This role is a high visibility role and will require the ability to analyze large datasets and communicate effectively to key stakeholders in the business.

This role will support teams based in Dallas and San Francisco but can be remote/hybrid. 

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Manage the revenue forecast for the recruiting business and drive weekly revenue reporting to leadership
  • Manage the monthly forecasting related to headcount, department expenses, corporate allocations and company software spend
  • Prepare monthly financial review packages for business partners to review expenses, discuss variances and update forecasts
  • Collaborate with the data team as we streamline the financial metrics and scale our revenue reporting and analysis
  • Create, track, and analyze key business metrics to drive strategic decisions

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant FP&A, financial analysis, modeling, or finance business partner experience
  • Advanced Excel skills required. Experience in Salesforce and Tableau is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and summarize key takeaways and insights
  • Passionate about technology and analytically driven decision making
  • Exceptional attention to detail with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with planning software such as Adaptive Planning

 

Compensation 

The US total compensation range for this full-time position is $130,000 - $160,000 (inclusive of salary + equity). Our ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the approximate total target compensation for the position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, and education/training. Please note that the compensation listed does not include benefits.
